We are open 7 days a week. Monday - Thursday 12pm-11pm(ish) and Friday - Sunday 11am-11pm(ish). We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. We typically reduce our hours for other major holidays. Check in during the NFL season as our Sunday hours may change.

We currently carry small bites like chips, candy, pretzels, brookies, and other small snack plates. We do not currently have a kitchen in the brewery (though that might be in the works!). You are more than welcome to bring in outside food from other restaurants. We also strive to have food trucks 3-6 nights a week. If you own a food truck and are looking for a place, please contact us!

Yes! Children and dogs are welcome at Fort Rock. We ask that they are each under adult supervision at all times. By law, we do not serve beer to anyone under 21, and we do not allow anyone under 21 to be in possession of beer at any time.

Yes! We love when people have their celebrations with us at Fort Rock. We have hosted everything from a pup’s 4th birthday to Nana’s 90th to large corporate Christmas parties. We are able to accommodate 150 people or more. For parties of 40 or more we ask for advance notice. For parties of 60 or more we may require a small deposit. Sorry but no. We have a beer manufacturing license that grants us permission to make and sell our own beer, but explicitly prohibits the consumption of outside/third-party beverages within our licensed premises.

We have a 15 barrel 2-vessel brewhouse with 30 barrel hot and cold liquor tanks. We can produce approximately 5000 barrels per year at current max capacity and can expand to 8000 barrels or more by adding additional fermentation tanks
