Fort Rock Brewing started in a garage in Folsom, California — just a small group of friends driven by a passion for great beer and a simple question: Can we brew something better than what we can buy?

What began as weekend experiments quickly turned into a relentless pursuit of quality. We studied, upgraded our equipment, and refined our craft until we weren’t just making beer — we were making beer we truly believed in.

As our beer improved, so did our vision. We took the leap, founded Fort Rock Brewing, and committed ourselves to one core philosophy: Just Great Beer. No gimmicks. No passing trends. Just exceptional, thoughtfully brewed beer.

In 2017, we opened our doors in Rancho Cordova, and the response from the community was immediate. That same year, our Folsom Dam Good Pilsner earned a Gold Medal at the California State Fair — a milestone that helped launch our journey across Northern California.

Today, we proudly serve our guests, our community, and hundreds of partners throughout the region — still guided by the same passion that started it all.
